Yes, we treat school age children, adolescents and adults.
Do you provide medication?+
Yes, if prescribed, we will e-prescribe your medication which will then be delivered to your local pharmacy or home.
Are the visits online or in person?+
We cater to you in the comfort of your home or office. All virtual visits/online.
Which states does Mental C Health Support?+
We seek to provide treatment to as many people as possible, but currently you must reside in California, New York or Florida. We require proof of residency upon booking an appointment - which may be a photo ID or a bill.
Do you have a subscription plan?+
Upon diagnosis we can provide a subscription plan option as needed.
Do you accept insurance? +
We are not currently accepting Insurance at this time. We do, however, provide assistance with reimbursement. You may use your insurance to purchase medications you are perscribed.
What are the rescheduling, cancellation, late, no-show and refund policies? +
To continue to provide optimal care, it is imperative that patients adhere to appointment times. If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify the office at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time or no refund will be made. Clients may cancel or reschedule at no extra cost, provided that they notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
