You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your peace to achieve your potential.
Helping high-performing people understand their minds, strengthen their mental fitness, and live as well as they perform.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO PSYCHIATRIC CARE
Care designed around the person. Not just the diagnosis.
MentalC combines clinical expertise, thoughtful listening, and personalized care to help you understand what is happening, regain balance, and function at your best.
Understand Your Mind
We look beyond surface symptoms to identify the emotional, biological, behavioral, and situational patterns shaping how you feel and function.
Care Built Around You
Your care may include medication management, supportive therapy, practical strategies, and recommendations tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and goals.
A Consistent Partnership
Work with the same provider over time so your care remains connected, responsive, and grounded in trust.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You may be functioning well without actually feeling well.
MentalC is designed for adolescents, young adults, professionals, creators, and other high-performing people who appear capable on the outside while carrying more internally than others may realize.
Anxiety and Overthinking
Your mind rarely slows down. You anticipate problems, replay conversations, and struggle to feel fully present—even when everything appears to be going well.
ADHD and Difficulty Focusing
You may be intelligent and motivated but still struggle with organization, consistency, procrastination, distractibility, or following through on what matters most.
Burnout and Emotional Exhaustion
You continue meeting expectations, but the effort required has become harder to sustain. Rest no longer feels restorative, and success may be costing you more than it should.
Depression and Loss of Motivation
You may still show up for work, school, family, or creative responsibilities while privately feeling disconnected, depleted, numb, or unlike yourself.
Sleep Problems
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking rested may be affecting your concentration, mood, energy, and ability to perform consistently.
Life Transitions and Identity
College, career changes, relationships, grief, relocation, family pressure, and questions about purpose can leave even highly capable people feeling uncertain or emotionally stuck.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Questions are part of good care.
Clear answers to a few common questions before beginning care with MentalC Health.
What ages do you treat?
MentalC provides psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. Eligibility may vary based on age, clinical needs, the requested service, and applicable state requirements.
Do you provide medication management?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, medication may be included as part of a personalized treatment plan. Prescriptions are generally sent electronically to the pharmacy you select.
Are appointments online or in person?
Appointments are currently provided through secure telehealth, allowing you to receive care privately from your home, office, or another appropriate location.
Where is care available?
Care is available to eligible patients who are physically located in California, New York, or Florida at the time of their appointment, subject to current licensure and applicable state requirements.
Do you accept insurance?
MentalC is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Prescription insurance may still be used at the pharmacy, subject to the terms of your individual plan.
How do I begin care?
Begin by scheduling an initial consultation. You will receive instructions for completing your intake information before your appointment so your history, concerns, and goals can be reviewed thoughtfully.
